Responsibilities

• be willing to learn and eager to contribute

• have a polished appearance

• possess the ability to provide professional and attentive service

• familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested

• work independently, and as a team

• take customer orders and relay them accurately

• serve food and beverages

• properly clean and set tables between uses

• have the ability to multi-task, and problem solve during busy hours

• collect payment from customers in a timely manner

• assist in training new employees as required

• anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience

 

Qualifications

• excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations

• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• professional and friendly attitude toward teamwork

• strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative

• confident, outgoing demeanor

• flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends

• ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours

• be of legal age to serve alcohol
