Restaurant Manager

$36,000 - $50,000 a year

Trezo Mare is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager. This is a full-time position requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include front of house managing and supervising, positive customer interaction, and staff scheduling.
 

Must be a team player who enjoys mentoring, leading, and motivating our valued service team. This is a hands-on position; in a high volume restaurant where high-pressure situations can occur. Our candidate must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done professionally. Examples include checking with guests at each table, assisting busy servers by running food, bussing tables, helping hosts by escorting guests to their assigned tables, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and placing orders for pickup—all managers multi-task as a team during high-traffic business hours.
