Senior Sous Chef

Trezo Mare is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our growing company!

We are a scratch kitchen with a dedicated team of individuals who are passionate about creating delicious food for our daily menus and special events. We are growing and seeking to offer this opportunity to the most suitable candidate. One who has the experience, dedication, talent and “can do” attitude. 



  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience as a sous chef in a high-traffic upscale restaurant

  • Experience cooking a wide range of cuisines

  • Experienced and skilled at shifting between stations including: grill, sauté, braising and roasting

  • Experience making hors d’oeuvres, sides, salads and sauces

  • Experience in cheese & charcuterie boards and large batch cooking

  • Experienced in leading and managing a team

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently

  • Ordering and inventory management

  • Ability to scale recipes based on the required amount needed



Our candidate must have the ability to work well with our Executive Chef in all aspects of the culinary operation. They should be willing to learn and be eager to contribute. This is a hands-on position and requires willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done in a professional manner.


This individual should be self-motivated and able to work individually or as a team player that enjoys mentoring, leading and motivating our valued kitchen staff. The ability to work as a team is critical in a high volume restaurant kitchen where high-pressure situations occur. Our main dining room features an open kitchen. A positive attitude is not only welcome but also essential.


We are employee owned and operated. Both back and front of house are committed to serving not only the best food presented beautifully, but also ensuring the guest experience is enjoyed from the moment they enter our unique restaurant.


In addition to lunch, dinner and brunch service, our team also preps and executes for private events and catering, both modest and upscale. This position requires 50 - 55 hours a week, with open availability for all AM & PM shifts. We are interested in a candidate who is available on a full time basis and willing to make a commitment to a long-term position. It is imperative to learn and work with our computer system and understand P&L, prime cost, labor, food reports and other relevant information.

Line Cook

We are seeking a high volume experienced cook with the availability to work flexible hours in addition to Sundays. This is a full time position offering vacation after one year and profit sharing after three years of employment. Competitive pay.

This individual should be self-motivated, able to work individually and also work together as a team. The ability to work as a team is critical in a high volume restaurant kitchen, where high-pressure situations occur.

This is a hands on position. Our candidate must be willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done in a professional manner.
